so....first of all, thanks so much to everyone with all their wonderful comments and kudos and advice on pain killers, and condolences on my arm injury. It really cheered me up! And by the way, I should not have taken the Vicoden (sp?) on an empty stomach....so, you helped me solve that mystery. So, all the stitches are out. It's a pretty gruesome scar. I'm nervous to post any pictures for fear of someone puking all over themselves. So I won't. But my arm feels pretty fine, except for any heavy lifting, which works out for me, cuz now I can get away with pretending to lift something up and then crying out, "oh! my arm!" and wait for someone to offer to help me with my burdens. The Amos Lee tour is fun, but COLD! And speaking of cold, I have one! It came on yesterday, and now I've been quarantined out of fear of potentially getting anyone else sick. It sort of sucks, but the room they put me in is actually really nice. It has a light in it, and a chair, and a basket of grapes! The shows have been great so far, and we've played in some of the coolest old theaters. Tomorrow is our day off. I promised someone tonight that I'll post the Boob Song on myspace, but I've just remembered that I left the CD it's on at home. whoops! One of these years I'll get to it. Now I'm gonna cross stitch this thing I've been working on for like a year. It's a country town scene that I'll eventually frame and hang on a wall. I don't know. It's something to pass the time. Then I'll take a handful of vitamins and watch Galaxy Quest in my bunk to make me laugh. I feel like laughter is the best healer. I heard that this doctor was terminally ill or something, so he moved to some warm island for a couple months and watched a bunch of funny movies, and then.....he was cured! So....I'm a firm believer in laughing. haha haha haha, p. ahn
